Owner / Artistic Director
Randi Lee, a North Carolina native,
has trained all across the United States as well as Europe.
She spent many years laying the foundation of her career in New York City. There she enjoyed her time on faculty at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Broadway Dance Center Children and Teens, and various studios in the surrounding area. She traveled through Europe furthering her dance education along with teaching, assisting, and judging dancers from all over the world. Randi now spends most weekends engulfing herself in the industry, whether it is to judge a dance competition, attend a convention, or work with World Dance Movement.
However, her favorite days are spent during the week, working with and training her Protégé program dancers to reach personal excellence! What a team we have created!

Randi believes that there is no end to learning and growing. The best way for her to set an example for her dancers is to actively show them what it takes to succeed.
Throughout the years she has learned the value of well rounded training and how proper mentorship and coaching can make a life-long impression on a dancer of any age.
Randi strives to instill the value of a strong technical foundation in each and every one of her students.
The most rewarding part of her job is not only seeing her tiny dancers excited to return and experience the magic of music and dance but seeing her elite team soar to the top!

There is no greater joy than standing beside them as all their dreams come true and being a part from the start!

The American Dance Festival
-
Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance Education from the University of South Carolina.

Kayla's love for dance began at the young age of four at her local dance studio in Hickory, North Carolina. There, she honed her skills in various styles like ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance. Her dedication led her to prestigious programs and summer intensives across the United States.

In 2010, Kayla was accepted into the Joffrey Ballet School's Jazz and Contemporary Trainee Program in New York City. Balancing academic pursuits with rigorous dance training, she completed her high school education online. During her time in NYC, Kayla was able to train and learn under the top dancers and educators in the business at both Joffrey Ballet School and STEPS on Broadway.

Throughout her training, Kayla gained experience in various settings: teaching at local studios, working dance competitions, and interning with the American Dance Festival, one of the world's largest modern dance festivals. These experiences exposed her to a diverse range of dance disciplines and ignited a deep appreciation for the art form.
Kayla's passion for dance extends beyond performance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance Education from the University of South Carolina. During her time there, she actively participated and held leadership roles in the University's Dance Company and various student organizations.

She's excited to share her love for dance and nurture the next generation of dancers
